Mo Literary Services is the company Monique Oosterhof founded in late 2007 to represent foreign-language publishers in the Dutch market.

Monique has got nearly 20 years experience in Dutch publishing: she has worked at several publishing houses, including Arena and De Arbeiderspers, and has worked for 8 years as a literary agent at Caroline van Gelderen Literary Agency.

Monique has got a lot of experience in rights matters, and has developed a sense of what will and won’t sell. Over the years she has built an extensive international network.

Since 2007 the staff and the representation list has expanded. The list reflects our wide-ranging interests: from fiction to non-fiction for adults, as well as titles for children and young adults.

We’re one of the few Dutch agencies purely focusing on representing foreign-language publishers in the Dutch market.
